How do I find time for God?Lucky you! God longs for a relationship with you, but we all know that it's hard to find the time to make that connection with God, let alone with other human beings. It seems like our only friends are co-workers and people we went to college (or maybe high school) with.
Use this space to make a new connection with God or perhaps renew a connection that had fallen to the wayside because ... well ... life. Here you will find links to our current Bible and book studies, as well as spaces for meditation. People connect in different ways. Find the way that works best for you, and keep us posted on your progress. Happy connecting! |

Part of being a Christian is continuing to build your relationship with God through practices of "spiritual formation." Things like reading the Bible, praying, practicing Christian meditation, and studying spiritual works within a community or individually can help strengthen your bond with God. Don't be afraid! God will always love you and have a strong bond with you, but you need to work out your spiritual muscles to maintain your end of the bond.
Another part of being a Christian is practicing your faith with "the least of these" through working in a food pantry, at an eldercare home, with the developmentally disabled, or at the homeless shelter. Sometimes you are the only Jesus a person may ever see. Below, we've provided links for various ministries around town that we work with. If there is another ministry that interests you, please serve there. We'd love to hear about your experience. Shoot us an email!
